I am looking for anyone that has filed and successfully won a case against Atlant Van Lines, iRelocation or SunCity Movers. I am looking for the name of an attorney to shut these companies down and make them pay for the damages they have caused to so many innocent people. These companies have stolen from us, robbed us of our sense of security and made our family's move intolerable. I am looking to contact anyone who has had the misfortune of using these movers, and who would like to join in a class action law suit to make them pay for the damage that they have caused to so many people, property and lives. We had nothing but problems including but not limited to the following: damaged, moldy, water logged furniture. Forty five days have passed, and our household items are still missing, this is defined as legally stolen, our household items are being held hostage for more money, extortion, padded bills that increased by thousands of dollars for services that were not discussed prior to the move, loss of household goods that amount to tens of thousands of dollars of loss, unknown items delivered to us from another person's load, damage due to negligent, illegally forged documents, lying, unscrupulous, and unprofessional, agents of the above companies. We have contacted local and federal agents, including multiple police departments, DOT, multiple insurance companies, BBB, FBI, Federal Motor Carrier and others. Jose Perez, Nicole White, Arthur, Alexandr and Marina Bondarev, Svetlana and Alexir Lushchik belong in jail due to their negligence! I am looking for an attorney that will put these people in jail for their corruption! If you know that attorney's name, please contact me. I couldn't have been happier with my experience and the guys from Irelocation System. Utter professionals from beginning to end, the team of four guys they sent for my 2+ bedroom house move were more than prepared for the task at hand. We didn't have a complicated move by any means but there were some very large and heavy pieces that could pose a challenge to the uninitiated. Led by the team captain Vlad, Nick and Andrew did their best to make it as smooth a move as possible. Here are some highlights: 

-They were on time. OK, so they arrived within 10 minutes of when they said they'd be there, so I can't complain. They also called about 20 minutes prior. A heads-up is always appreciated. 
-Upon arriving hey introduced themselves and performed a complete walk-through of the house/garage to get an idea of what they were in for. 
-They handled a complex over-the-balcony move of several very large pieces without a single hitch. That strap training really came in handy! 
-They asked where we wanted every piece placed and went out of their way to accommodate. 
-Constant communication throughout the entire move. There were a couple of pieces that wound up in the wrong place but I blame myself for not labeling them and/or not being around to manage the process. 
-Zero damage. Most of our furniture bares the scars of our past moving experiences and we've lost our share of floor lamps, but I can honestly say our belongings were treated with respect. 
-Their quote was accurate and there were no hidden surprises. I contacted them via email and Jeff provided me with a detailed quote including estimated completion time and number of workers. Very smooth. 

I've moved 6 times in the last five years, several intercity and several interstate, so I know the process pretty well. This move was my last one ( I think so as I had to back to my Motherland). Some of the movers I've worked with were probably on work-release from the nearest correctional facility and some could barely make it up and down the stairs. The movers from Irelocation System were more than capable, very friendly and knew how to get the job done. From beginning to end it was about 4.5 hours and this included a short lunch break the guys took (and did not charge me for) to load a big container and at the end it was so fully loaded. 

It took about 3 weeks to delivery that container to my country, but it was worth it. Great service I got from this guys and I m very happy to be at home.

After an agreement was made and signed, we had four different employees each saying different things, price increased at every
turn, questionable payment processes and they even held back the delivery truck, holding our belongings hostage, on the day of delivery until we agreed to yet another price increase. Not all of our belongings arrived. Items were missing and those that did arrive were damaged. No client confidence in iRelocation Systems. The other ratings must be from friends or family because we heard from the delivery truck driver that we were not the first time he encountered problems on the day of delivery where iRelocation systems told clients to either pay a higher price or the driver would turn around.

I usually don't write reviews for moving companies because they are usually the same , unfriendly, unprofessional. I move every year and each time the move ends, we get charged some unknown charge. IRELOCATION is different. I am writing this review for Andrew's team and Jacob, my coordinator. Exemplary.
From the get-go, the coordinator called and followed up with me making sure I understood what to expect and working with me to ensure my moving experience was stress-free. He helped me make an informed decisions, meaning, I was given several options so I can decide what was best for me. He always called me back promptly whenever I needed to talk to her. He was exceptionally detailed and was HONEST. IRE L OCATION WON'T MISLEAD YOU WITH ANY HIDDEN COSTS. And they tell you what you "may be' charged so you know what you are getting yourself into. Thanks for your honesty.

Andrew's team was super. They were exceptionally polite, and PROFESSIONAL. They called me before they arrived, walked through my order, helped me understand what to expect, then proceeded to wrap my paintings and lamps with such speed and care, it was fascinating to watch such skills. After the move was completed and we walked through the pick-up list, Andrew asked me if I needed anything else and walked through the paperwork. His office called me to double check on my experience with the team too! Andrw's team left my home clean, and with a handshake. Usually I am pincking up after the movers and running after them to tell them to be careful, but not this time. Thanks Andrew for all your advice and assistance in this really great experience. You and your team have reduced my stress in this move tremendously. I will call you in a year!

Best experience ever and I would use this company ever and again. Right from the initial impression when I spoke to Nicole who assured me that the estimate was accurate and would not be anything additional if everything matched up with what I provided him to the moving of the goods, everything was just perfect. IRelocation System gave us a very low quote in comparison to other companies available in the market. I even called and added additional items but to my surprise no charges were added. I was also assured that my items would be delivered the next day of pick up since it was a short distance move.
The movers who turned up for the work were extremely polite, professional and suggestive. I was advised by Nicole that Arthur and his team would be there at my place around 12.15pm and believe my words they were at my door at sharp 12pm, I have seen such a punctual moving company ever in my life.. Since 2 additional items were added on along with the additional items I informed them, I expected to p ay additional, however the guys were so understanding that they adjusted the items in the vehicle without any charge.

The move was very smooth and easy and they delivered it within the next day and my complete move was successful in just less than 24 hours. After everything was moved in, we found that they everything right from small boxes to large furniture all were in good condition, absolutely no marks or scratches. The guys took real good care of our belongings, they packed smallest of small items with intensive care and delivered them in absolutely perfect condition. They kept very careful track of our items and if they delivered them with real care as if the things were of their own. Arthur was the key man and he is the real star for me who made this very tiring process look so easy and memorable. I can also assume that they not only care professionalism with them, but also care humanity with them which makes them value others properties and goods.

I will always and ever use IRelocation System to move again. It will never let me take time off of work and move myself. IRelocation System had really made my move so comfortable and minimized all my difficulties. I strongly encourage anyone who is considering any moving company, please use them. I rate them 5 stars.

I've used Irelocation System twice and can't say enough great things about them! Fortunately, I won't be moving again for a long time -- and definitely hate the packing part of it -- but if I did, I would totally use them a third time!
Irelocation responded very quickly to our request with a detailed quote and confirmed their pricing/availability. They followed up right away with any questions we had as well.
On moving day, the movers arrived at 9 am as we scheduled so close to the starting time that I wondered if they'd slept outside my apartment in their truck the night before. They were professional and energized for the move, though, so I figured they did not!
They called about 15 minutes before arrival and when they arrived, the 3-person crew introduced themselves before getting to work. Andrew was the crew lead and made sure he was clear on whether any items should stay in the apartment and on any rules of the building. I told them that the condo building requires putting up the elevator pads and not propping open any outside doors that they did not have 100% visibility on.
I checked up and saw that they had followed those rules diligently. During the move itself, they were careful with everything, using moving blankets and wrap throughout to make sure the furniture did not get damaged. Brandon worked on disassembling anything that couldn't fit through the door while the rest of the team worked quickly with boxes and then furniture. They were careful to save anything valuable or easily movable (TV and bikes) for last so that it wasn't vulnerable.
Before leaving my old apartment and before completing the job at my new place, Andrew did a walk through with me to make sure they had taken everything that was required and that everything was set up to my satisfaction.
All in all, it was an easy, fast and successful move! Everything arrived in the same condition it left despite my lackadaisical packing job. I would definitely recommend Irelocation System to anyone else!

This is the worst moving company. Do not use. I requested for my belongings to be delivered on Monday and I was promised that it would be delivered after 6 PM. I called Monday after 7 PM and no one answered the phone. The dispatcher called me back and told me that there was a problem with the storage unit because the storage close at six. These people are liars and they will try to keep your belongings hostage. This company is very unprofessional with the worst customer service.I ask for a discount for inconvenience and someone was supposed to call me back. Here it is no one call back of course. Then when I spoke to the customer service rep Nicole, she started hollering at me.

I had iRelocation system help move me out of my one-bedroom apartment in Houston a couple weeks ago. My movers Carlos, Luis, and Ipolito were all very professional and handled the job quickly. Eran, the customer support rep was extremely responsive and consistently made sure that I was satisfied with the whole process.
I've used other movers in the past, and I have to say that iRelocation system was not only better, it was less expensive. They not only charged me less than competitors, they've also stored my belongings for free for one month. Highly recommended!

I researched Irelocation System online through moverreviews and some other consumer review type websites and picked them. They helped set up a date that was acceptable to me with a backup date if they couldn’t make that. I've moved with them twice. The first time they accommodated us in trying to have a more dedicated truck rather than a big semi ‘cause I lived out of the country and had a very long driveway that was about 700-foot. I was afraid that since the move was in January, it might be difficult to get the semi up if we had a lot of snow. We did not know what the weather would be when we scheduled it a couple months ahead of time. But they worked to try to get me a smaller truck, which was nice.I then had interactions with the person who was also dealing with the insurance and found out what my options were. And although I had an idea of the date they were going to come, they called a day in advance to let me know that they would be there the next day and gave me an approximate time they would show up. We had several pieces of furniture that we bought brand new up in Minnesota ‘cause they were cheaper to move down, and unfortunately, they got damaged and that wasn’t very nice. We weren’t very happy with the damage upfront, which if they had taken a little more time to wrap it slightly differently, we wouldn’t have had that issue.But they tried to do a good job, though. On most of the stuff, they wrapped them pretty well. But it was five rooms of furniture and I wasn't able to watch everything they did. Irelocation System subcontracted out to other people and I wasn’t really quite clear of that when we first went with them. But I liked them enough that we went with them the second time. We moved three rooms because we had moved our son also down here. I measured and weighed everything for them ahead of time, so they had a good idea what they were going to get. Good tip for everybody moving companies have this window when they’re going to deliver and they give you a window that can be a couple days. Waiting for 2 days for your furniture could be irksome even though that is within the limit of what their contract allows. In both my cases, they didn't push the limit stated in the contract and they tried to be within a day or two or what they thought could be a reasonable date to deliver on, which was nice.

On pickup they were a day late and arrived the next day at 7 PM, this was after they were to arrive (per Nicole) between 12 and 2 PM….than between 3 PM and 5 PM wrapped goods until 10 PM. They returned the following day at 11 AM, were to be there at 9 AM and and loaded a rented U-haul truck when they were done 2PM the wanted a tip. I had packaged and boxed all of the household goods, they just had to load the truck.

Nicole, she is the company scheduler and then some.  She has stated I was contacted by her by email and phone about fraud. I have checked my email archives and there is nothing from her or iRelocation systems. It may have gone to spam but I never saw it. I have no reelection of her calling as well regarding fraud.

You cam believe me or Nicole. However a cascade of a fraud event occurred when she (NICOLE) called on 28 June and requested a one day delay to deliver my household goods, from 29 June 2017 to 30 June 2017. It was over that weekend that I fell for the fraud in the amount of 1900.00. I was desperate; this shipment represented my and my wife's entire life. Of course there was no answer at any of the company numbers, and the individual had all the correct information and referred to himself as a Peter; a name listed on my shipping contract. I had little reason to doubt. It is now clear to me that iRelocation Systems either did not protect my information or it was sold by somebody in the know. And I strongly feel that they are in collusion with the provocateurs of the fraud.

On to the delivery:
Nicole, when after dialing her number (10 to 25 times) it would go directly to voice mail, she finally answered and stated the to me the goods would be delivered 3 July. It was not She lied. 
Unable to contact Nicole until 6 July, and yes I spent much of my day trying to call her or anybody at iRelocation Systems, it always went directly to voice mail. Finally On 6 July I got a hold of Nicole she stated she had checked with dispatch and the shipment would be delivered on 7 July and that she would call me back by 9 AM 7 July to confirm. She did not call back, and no shipment was not delivered. 
On 7 July she called me very distraught that I had filed a BBB complaint. She was rude vulgar and yelling. But promised a Saturday or Sunday delivery and a call back to confirm; of course that did not happen. 
10 July I again spent most of the day trying to contact her, phone went directly to voice mail. When, and I think by accident she answered her phone, she stated that she would have to sort 'this mess out with her dispatcher and she would call me back. I informed her that I had hired and attorney, to which she stated they had 21 days to get my stuff delivered, and hung up. She never returned my call. After almost 60 attempts to contact Nicole and get a straight story, the story changed every time I managed to speak with her. I decided that it was in my best interest to seek legal help, but come to find out legal action must be filed in Broward County Florida.   
Now the matter for me was in my attorneys hands and we would wait out the 21 day delay than sue for breach of contract. My intent is to still seek civil action. 
Miraculously arrived, out of the blue, on 17 July, I was contacted by the iRelocation driver and he stated he would arrive at 7 PM. The truck arrived at about 8 PM. The goods were off loaded in a less that organized manner, some boxes were crushed. We are still accessing the amount of damage. One couch had been sprayed with cat urine, and is ruined. The items were not stored securely if a cat could get in and spray a wrapped couch.   
This is a horrible company to do business with. At no time would they tell me where my goods were being stored. They held my goods hostage, and upped the bill  by 200 dollars, additional storage I was told. They did not protect my personal information. They have absolutely no customer service. They are deceptive, they are dishonest (countless lies) and very unprofessional.   Although they have some glowing reviews, I strongly suspect, through syntax annalist and yes I am an expert in that field, that they are written by no more then three people; all of whom may work for the company and of course a random review. They can say what they like. My statement is based on truth and records. To conclude you should NEVER DO BUSINESS with IRELOCATION SYTEMS. I am just one of many who have fallen victim.

We moved from deepest southwest to even deeper Northeast, a large house inhabited by a large group of rowdy people. The movers showed up at 8:55 am five minutes early! Yay! They were really a lot of fun, they're from Maimi originally and they moved all the stuff quickly without spilling a drop or breaking one single item. We are calling this move the "Irelocation System," and we write this to make sure that every single person in Miami knows that this business is the best moving business that you're going to possibly find around here. I don't want to EVER move again, but if I did I would make sure these folks were involved.
I know this company isn't one of the biggest moving companies or the happiest moving companies in Miami, but I think these people are pretty much the ones you'd need to hire. 
Nicole will answer  your phone call and your emails. She's the Office Manager. Arthur is the one of the managers also, he's very nice. Mike and Carl were the ones who came out to our place, emptied it, and then refilled the new house will all our stuff! We spent nearly eight hours with these two and they made it a lot of fun (way more fun than I expected).
Mike carries your boxes and furnitures gently, swaying, his shiny red headphones on his ears, skin-tight t-shirt and Levi's leveled tightly on his body, moving to a beat that only he can hear. 
Victor dances like nobody's watching. He's tall, he's faster than his teammate and it almost seems like he's rushing through the whole moving business as quickly as is humanly possible.
We were still getting to know these guys when moving was finished, we had to take our teammates/new friends out for pizza and a quick beer after all the chaos of moving day was done. 
DUDE there was so much heavy stuff--two loveseats, a giant mega pull-out sofa sleeper and sectional, a bunk bed, grandma's grandfather clock, a ton of vinyl, 30 years worth of comic books, two juicers, a dog house, a 30-gallon saltwater aquarium, and a box of live crickets. Not a single thing was lost or stolen or dropped, everything made it safely and successfully into the new place with barely half a panic attack. 
This duo  should be convicted of wonderfulism, and sentenced to 18 to 24 months of thank yous. 
It also wasn't that expensive. The accounting work was easy and almost painless. We will still be able to afford Christmas presents and parties this year. It's so easy for professional movers to be stupid expensive, but it just wasn't that expensive and what it did cost us was totally worth it. 
So--one one hand, Irelocation System worked hard and didn't screw anything up, and on the other hand they charge reasonable rates. The most un-nightmarish move I've ever dealt with. When you absolutely have to move, Irelocation System will help you endure.

NICK from Irelocation System and his crew were, without a doubt, the absolute best I have EVER worked with. They were superb in the loading. The unloading was unbelievable. The quality, caring, professionalism and respect were GREAT. By the end of the week, I felt like I was friends with all of them. I have recently had severe neck surgery and the gentlemen would bring the box to me (sitting on the sofa) on where it should go. Upstairs, shop or main floor? I never had to get up and go to them. This may sound insignificant to you, but when suffering terrible pain, it was the best thing in the world for me. My husband was not here yet from Colorado, so it was just me home. I cannot say enough good about this team, especially Nick! If there was a 10 star rating, I would give them a 20 star review. Your home office staff are equally wonderful. With the personal phone calls and e-mails added quality to your wonderful.

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY. We have spent the last month attempting to receive a $400 reimbursement that they promised to send to us, and ultimately they told us on the phone (after calling them and emailing them repeatedly) that they've decided not to send it, despite the fact that we have the invoice and receipts to back up our claim. They provide a very low-ball estimate, then come back after loading up your belongings with a final price that is TWICE the amount they estimated. Then they refuse to unload your belongings until you agree to pay that amount. Essentially they extort you. They contract with unprofessional movers whom they treat very poorly (voiced by movers on both ends of our move) and provide abysmal customer service. They prey upon people who do not have enough money to use a LEGITIMATE moving company by providing an estimate that looks much cheaper, then of course demand more money from you.

After speaking to the consumer advocacy group MoveRescue.com, I learned that this company has an EXTENSIVE HISTORY OF FRAUDULENT PRACTICES and that they are being investigated by the Department of Transportation. I cannot emphasize enough what a terrible experience this was. I do not believe that any of the positive reviews are real. We have two friends who used this company at the same time we did (before any of us knew better) and they had similar - or worse - experiences than we did. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews - they are scam artists plain and simple. Run away from this company as fast as you can.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! I want to warn anyone looking at this company for moving, stay away from them! My wife and I moved from Texas to Minnesota, we were told it would take a week to get our stuff, it ended up being 28 days!!

I cannot begin to tell you how much of a nightmare it was working with the people at this company. Arthur, Jose, and Nicole provided the worst customer service and have no idea where you shipment is. We were told 6 different times our stuff would deliver, we would wait and nothing would happen. (If anyone at Irelocation tries to dispute this we have the emails to back the days up!)

My wife and I would desperately try to get a hold of Arthur, Jose or Nicole but that proved to be extremely difficult. I spoke with Arthur and Jose numerous times trying to figure out where our shipment was, and they had no idea! Both would contradict each other telling me my shipment was in Minnesota or my shipment was in Missouri. The only way you will find out about your shipment is when you get the truck drivers number. Once we got the truck drivers number we stopped talking to Jose and Arthur because they knew nothing about our shipment and would lie about delivery dates.

Besides not knowing where our shipment was or being able to get a hold of the reps at Irelocation, this moving company failed to inform us that their company is being plagued by hackers/spammers listening into your calls with the company. Now I understand it is not Irelocation's fault that they have spammers listening to their calls, but they should inform their customers of this. My wife and I would get calls from people claiming to be Irelocation and that they needed a money order in order to deliver the shipment. Reading other reviews, I see people experienced the same service from Irelocation and when spammers called some fell victim to their scams. Fortunately we did not but beware of the spammers from this company!!

This review is not here to complain about Irelocation, it is here to warn you and advise you to stay away from them! It was only when my wife and I told the Irelocation reps that we were hiring an attorney and speaking with the Police that they got back to us. This is a shady company, if you look at the Better Business Bureau they have a D+ rating and they are not accredited. Looking at the 5 star reviews, I am skeptical. Now I know I can't prove it, but they look fake.

Please look at their replies to other reviews, they are so unprofessional and hopefully it will shed some light on what type of company your dealing with.

Do not use this company, moving is already stressful in itself and this company will make your life extremely difficult. Their shipping process and customer service is horrible. DO NOT USE!!

I am writing to thank you for the excellent service I received from the Irelocation System. The movers asked me to point out all of my fragile boxes – they loaded them one by one into the truck, carefully keeping them apart from everything else in the attic of the truck. That was the biggest concern I had with hiring any moving companies that no one cares fragile materials, but they did. They were also very concerned about damaging my furniture, walls. In addition to being careful with my things they showed up on time, the movers were clean, fun to converse with, worked very hard, and didn't stop the whole time they were there. We were also impressed with the team of movers who took such good care of our belongings. They took great care to make sure everything was protected and accounted for – and they were a delight to be around.hey were always on time and over delivered on our expectations and timeline. This team worked flawlessly to meet our deadlines. On delivery another team was great and all my stuff was unloaded from the truck carefully and very fast. I will use them again and recommend them to anyone who needs a company. The quote I received was great. It was a not to exceed price, so I wasn't charged extra at the last minute. I would certainly recommend your company to anyone making a move based on the performance of a great team of professionals.

I used Irelocation in February 2015 to ship some furniture, pictures/mirrors and boxes from Florida to Belarus. The company was easy to deal with throughout, good communication with Ben over the internet before hand, and everything panned out exactly as promised.

At one point Ben asked if they could move the date but when I explained that wasn't possible, it was no problem sticking to our original date. The price compared fine to other prices I'd been quoted, neither high nor low. I had the situation that I was not able to confirm exactly how much stuff I'd have beforehand, as I had to fly back from Belarus to Florida to pack and wouldn't be totally sure beforehand how much I'd ship. This was not a problem, Irelocation gave me a refund when the final weight came in under the estimate.

We packed our own boxes leaving them open so the guys who came to the house on moving day could confirm they were properly packed, for insurance purposes. They were happy with what we'd done (mucho bubble wrap) and they then sealed the boxes.

They wrapped the furniture and pictures/mirrors with great speed but great care. Everything arrived to Belarus in perfect condition, no nicks scratches breaks or water damage, nothing missing. The outfit Irelocation works with in Belarus end were good too, Green Removals. As with the guys from Nobel they were friendly and courteous but business like, brought all goods into the house and put them down where I asked them to. All in all I was completely satisfied and would recommend Irelocation Sys without reservation.

Irelocation System moved us from Ohio to Belarus in August 2016. I interviewed 7 different moving companies and them came in on the top 3. I ended up choosing them after talking to Arthur on the phone for a while. I also liked that they made an emphasis on charity on their website. They were not the cheapest quote but were competitively priced.

Their model of moving is that they put all your stuff on a truck, drive it to the location, and unload it so you have the same people loading and unloading your stuff and your items are not mixed on a truck with other people's items. This is the same model that Two Men and a Truck use. All three of my top choices used this model. My goal was to fit in one container. One of the companies that gave us a quote recommended we think about what we would not want to take if it ends up everything doesn't fit. Another company was sure we would fit. When I talked to Arthur about his thoughts, he said he was so confident in his crew that if anything didn't fit, he would ship it without charge for us. That got them my business.

On the day of the move, a huge crew of people arrived a little earlier than the time given and they all worked hard to load up the container. I almost thing it was too many hands because than the lead guy couldn't quite keep track of everyone. Everything did end up fitting in the container. Everyone was polite and respectful and I don't think anyone was being careless. However, there were probably some less experienced people on the job but there are always going to be new people that need to be trained. Everyone worked until the container was packed and no one took a lunch break even though it was early to mid afternoon when they were finished packing the container.

Two of their guys, the lead guy Vlad and another mover Nick, drove the container to the port in Chicago. (We also drove to Chicago in our own cars.)

In Belarus everything went smooth. My container arrived as we schedule, 2 guys unloaded everything and nothing was damaged.

My opinion is that this is a solid moving company that will take care of you. Everyone who encountered was professional and respectful.

I set up a move date with Arthur and paid a deposit. He inventoried my belongings and said that I would be contacted two days before the move by the movers. No one called so the day before I was scheduled, I called him. I have still yet to hear back from him. I was supposed to be moved out on Wed from 9am-11am. I didn't get a call until 10:30am to say they would be late, but they can't get in touch with the driver so they don't know how late. I asked for him to let me know within 15 minutes but he never called back. When I reached out to him again there was no answer. Their customer service option when you call is a message for magic jack. What kind of lame company is this? AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!

I found my dream apartment..a week before new years and needed to move in the day after the new years holiday. I called a few other highly rated movers from around Chicago, IL, but all of them were booked solid for the week and/or wanted to add a massive premium for the holiday week. To add an additional complication to this equation, I needed a mover that could store my belongings for a few days due to my apartment not being ready until after the holiday, despite needing to vacate my unit by the 31st.

I called Irelocation System later in the evening, desperate at this point for a decent mover. I got on the phone and discussed my move with Peter, who coordinates everything. What a pleasant surprise! Peter is the consummate professional and assured me that everything would be taken care of, including storing my things! I called the day before Christmas Eve, and Irelocation came the Monday afterwards in the afternoon.

Their movers were kind, professional, and really went the extra mile to make sure that my things were wrapped appropriately for the move. They came with plenty of moving pads and supplies. There were 2 men, and they had everything wrapped and loaded from my studio apartment in under an hour and a half. Wow! (I have a lot of stuff - awkwardly shaped stuff- to move so this was a shock to me).

Bringing my belongings back in Amsterdam, Netherlands was equally as pleasant - everything was unloaded from the container with the same care that went into moving it the first time around. All of my belongings were in perfect shape. The best part? The entire move was exactly what was quoted to me - not a cent more. I've heard horror stories with movers going way over the estimate, but it was refreshing to see that what I actually budgeted from the estimate was the exact cost after the move.

I was skeptical about hiring movers because a) they are expensive and b) I have always moved my own things and c) I am incredibly cheap. However, taking time + personal resources into account, the cost of Irelocation System movers (which is incredibly reasonable, FYI) was absolutely worth the expense.

The only mild downside, as other reviewers had mentioned, was they were a little bit late/outside their scheduled window for moving. I hink weather conditions caused that. Nothing egregious - but if you are planning on using Irelocation System, I would assume they are coming towards the end of the window you are given. However, they more than made up for this with their level of service.

Just wanted to thank everyone at Irelocation System for doing a great job with my move from DC to San Diego California! You guys did an awsome job and I will recommend you to anyone I know who may be moving in the future. Jose especially was very helpful and made sure my move was smooth from start to finish! Thanks also to the nice two young fellows who carried my piano up those stairs lol I was supersized you didn't scratch my walls on that one slight turn haha! Everything was great thanks alot!

My wife and I moved a few weeks ago from Syraccuse, Ny  to Daytona Beach. We'd been at the same address for over four years, the longest either of us had lived in one place that wasn't our childhood homes. Our 2014 move was pretty easy--we had very little furniture and a manageable amount of stuff. I guess we hoarded or something over the last four years, because this time around, we were packing for weeks and still had plenty left for our movers.We booked Irelocation System because of the impressive google reviews. My wife took care of the booking, but it was apparently pretty easy. We moved in March,  so we got probably the lowestt rate--the season in moving start in May. The move took 3 days and cost $3200 before tip. Much more expensive than our last move, but worth every penny. Zach, Viktor, and Alex made a formidable team.They showed up at our place at 9 in the morning and did not stop moving until 4. Zach, who seemed like the team captain, did a great job communicating with me and Viktor--pretty important, it turns out, when you're moving someone's entire life. He was polite and professional but friendly, too, though he never paused work to chat (I talked to him for a bit when he was assembling our dining table--turns out he used to be a firefighter but the job became too physically demanding after an accident so he took up moving instead). All three guys were super hard working. The move was long but efficient, with no bumps, no breaks, nothing lost or even damaged. The only complication was on our end--we'd been having work done on the house, so there was some confusion over which rooms could take furniture, but we worked it all out.Company policy must dictate a high level of care--they invited us on the truck to make sure nothing was left behind; they wouldn't move jewelry or computers. There was one piece of furniture that had to rub up against a bit of ceiling at the bottom of our staircase, and they made sure to point this out, even though it didn't end up doing any damage. Not all these measures were necessary for our move, but I'm sure these policies keep the 1-star reviews at bay. I can't see these guys making any mistakes.If you're looking for a reliable moving company and are willing to pay a little more than bargain barrel rates, I can't recommend Irelocation enough. Book your move for the beginning of the month if that's an option, but otherwise, my only suggestion is to hire Team Zach/Viktor/Alex. They'll take care of the rest.

I used Irelocation System February 2016 to ship some furniture, pictures/mirrors and boxes from Florida to Illinois. The company was easy to deal with throughout, good communication with Peter over the internet before hand, and everything panned out exactly as promised.
At one point Peter asked if they could move the date but when I explained that wasn't possible, it was no problem sticking to our original date. The price compared fine to other prices I'd been quoted, neither high nor low. I had the situation that I was not able to confirm exactly how much stuff I'd have beforehand, as I had to fly back from the Illionois to Florida to pack and wouldn't be totally sure beforehand how much I'd ship. This was not a problem, Irelocation System gave me a refund when the final weight came in under the estimate. We packed our own boxes leaving them open so the guys who came to the house on moving day could confirm they were properly packed, for insurance purposes. They were happy with what we'd done (much bubble wrap) and they then sealed the boxes.
They wrapped the furniture and pictures/mirrors with great speed but great care. Everything arrived in th Chicago in perfect condition, no nicks scratches breaks or water damage, nothing missing.The guys from Irelocation were friendly and courteous but business like, brought all goods into the house and put them down where I asked them to. All in all I was completely satisfied and would recommend Irelocation System.

This is the worst company ever, quoted me $1300.00 to move @1pm, manager Arthur called at 12pm, said I have to pay an additional $200.00 because he just went over my inventory. I agreed out of desperation.
They didn't show up until 9pm and then told me the price was $5,600.00. I absolutely did not have that kind of money, my move didn't happen, FYI, I had my 90yr old mother packed up and waiting to move for 8 hrs without a bed.. THEY SCAM FOR DEPOSIT.
